K. Saito co-organized the workshop “Model animals’ approaches to human diseases – Toward understanding of gene functions and biological mechanisms -” with Dr. Koichi Kawakami at 42nd annual meeting of the Molecular Biology Society of Japan. This workshop focused on how the model organisms including Drosophila are utilized for studying human diseases.
